During the voting, experts – owners and top managers of businesses from various spheres, as well as government representatives – chose the top 10 women – founders and hired managers of regional companies. They evaluated the applicants according to such criteria as the effectiveness of leadership, professional reputation, influence in the field being represented, leadership qualities and the level of media coverage.
